In PPM, you can create a resource. If this resource is an internal one, does this resource have to exist in HR?

In addition to what Ravi has mentioned....please make sure to select BP role as "employee" when creating business partners in tocde BP.

Hi Hussein,

To staff project roles with resources, you need to create the resources as business partners.

It is not mandatory that an resource should exist in HR.

If the resources is already maintained in HR master as employees, then you need to just integrate to create business partners for every employees (which makes it easier for maintenance & duplication of data)
