We are thinking of using Field service management in C4C and CPM Customer project management in S4 HANA as part of EPPM. Both processes make use of the same resources during dispatching/ staffing. Will the availability of an employee be adjusted from both processes? For example an employee is 40 hours available and he is planned for a service order for 10 hours. So when I want to plan him also for work in Customer Projects, I need to see that he is only available for 30 hours. And when he is planned on the project for 14 hours, that his remaining availability is only 16 hours.
