Helo Team,

Currently we are running the business with the SAP EHS SERC1904 with WWI SP47 version . We are planning to upgrade it to VERISK3E. latest version. please help me with the procedure.

Do we just upgrade it to WWI 54 which is latest version in terms to use the Vertise 3E?

Hello Tricica,

as Christoph explained, WWI and Content are two different things. WWI he answered already, for the content for going from 1904 to 2110 (which is the latest full release), you need to import all property transports for 1910 through 2110 as well as all transport for PS and DG in order to be up to date. You can skip updates of phrases, rule sets and templates, though, and only import the 2110 versions, but: For phrases you then need to use the "complete" files from Verisk, not just the "update" files.

Best,

Ralph

Hello

you mix terms which should not be mixed

1.) WWI is a tool prepared by SAP. If you ask SAP they will provide feedback as: if possible: always use the "most up to date" WWI version (Pay attention sometimes is it recommended to have "closer" look to SAP OSS note in the area of "data selection" etc. to "improve" the overall WWI process; so it os not always a "simple" WWI installation to consider).

2.) Verisk 3E is a "service provider". Depending on the license you are using: one can assume that the "Verisk" story is the same as the "SAP" story. To support optimal the business: always use the last available "service version"

I would assume that if you buy content from Versik why will advice you as well to "switch" WWI version (if needed, helpful etc.)

But you can use "WWI" without using services from "Versik" (which can include e.g. up to date "content" (e.g. OEL lists etc.= to date "phrases", up to date "rulesets" and potentially up to day "WWI layouts")
