Request for New amount in Risk assessment, screen not working during Sampling

Hello All ,

I have a query in risk assessment , I assume that this is the problem in standard SAP ,

please help me if someone come across this issue,

Once we select Enter amounts

Below screen appears and data is not appearing the tab samples in process and it is loading for a long time and data never appears,
