Report Template Issue

Hi All,

I am extensively working on report templates. I find some strange thing recently when I am trying to open the report template with the option REPORT FROM TEMPLATE I don't find the find data being populated on the document, but how ever when I release that report and check the report through report information system I find data being populated correctly. Can any body explain what could be the reason for that.

Sometimes I have the same issue. But for most of the cases, I have CG42 open the same time I run "create report from template". And it may not get generated and with some macro error in SAP rtf document will popup. Later I close CG42 screen and try again, it just works.

Hello Dheeraj

I guess it is due to standard customization settings for "inprocess" status

Try again by doing below changes

Step 1:

Go to SPRO ... EHS..Basic Data &Tools..Specification Management..Specification Master..Status Management .....Specify specification types.. and remove  the check marks for "gen not Permitted" for I0570 & I0571

Step 2:

Add the rating & validity details in status tab of specification
