Hi Experts,
please can you assist me with this issue, I am new to EHS/PDM. We have a Packaging spec in CG02BD which has a characteristic value of NET_OUTER_WEIGHT = 11.88 KG, the same value is maintained in the material master classification area. The Packaging spec and the REAL_SUB spec are both in Released status, and all values are coming through correctly on the Finished Good Report except for this one field, where the value is incorrectly appearing as 297 KG. We regenerated the report so that the data should be completely up to date, but still this incorrect value is coming through.
We have Windows Word Processor Integration so the report presentation is generated on separate WWI server ,using report symbols.
Only one spec is affected (that we know of).
Any troubleshooting suggestions would be greatfully appreciated,
Sarah

Hi !
Can you go on & give some more inputs on Value assignment type you used & report symbol you used..? It will help the community to respond faster. If possible post the WWI syntax part you are having problem..

Dear Sarah
I am not sure if I "catch" your data model you have used. If I understand correct:
we are talking about one packaging spec, one REAL_SUB spec and per spec some material having data. Now you would like to print/display some data on WWI report. Therefore: I can agree to Subash: there is some lack of information to answeryour question (I assume if you say "both specs are "Released" you talk about the "Status"; normally the Status does have "less" or "no effect" on content of WWI.And in your case a "wrong" value pops up.

PS: by whatever reason the value in database is "converted" to different value in pprint out; without more knowlegde (some screenshots would help) it is not easy to provide more help.
