Hi Gurus
When i m tying to take a WWI report from a template, i am getting this below error. This is weird because i am able to get report from a different template. Only select templates are not working and that too only for select users. Not for all. Others are able to use it properly. Is it because of some SAP GUI problem with the system or WWI generation error?
I000 C:\DOCUME1\MURALI1.G\LOCALS~1\Temp\14\lehsfil0.WWI

Hi Murli,
Please see SAP note 1058521. Check point C$ 830 Error on WWI server &1: Results file not found
You may find solution in that point.

Hi Murali,
Please confirm whether you are facing this problem on the same client (machine) i.e, on a particular machine, with a particular user login, for a particular specification (if any), are you not able to preview WWI reports for some of the templates?

Pavan

Hi Murali,
As per your error description and my understanding, i think you need to check the access to the wwi folder where word file needs to be maintained for the users who are trying to open the templates from their systems. If there is no file path maintained they cannot open the report from templates.
And about the issue you unable to open some report from templates is something i havent come accross. Check if any OSS note is available for this issue.
