HI All,
Issue: We face Report doesnot contain a document Error message, When trying to open a Report Document.
Analysis:
* We use a external content repository for storing the Report SDS created in EHS System.
* During Report creation a document is getting created in cv01N tcode and the Report SDS is available in Content Repository and the Report is getting displayed when we try to open the report.
* But for few Report SDS this document is present in cv02N tcode but there is no valid attachment (Pdf file) attached for that document and the Error message " Report doesnot contain a document " is thrown when we try to open the Report SDS in EHS system.
Required Solution:
We need to place the correct pdf file fetched from External content repository to the cv02n for that particular document in CV02N transaction.
Is it possible to store like that and if i store it manually is it possible to open the SDS for all the users.
Kindly provide us a Feasible solution to overcome this issue.
Inshort:
Report SDS not opening, throwing Report doesnot yet contain a document want to overcome this error while opening SDS. Kindly provide us a optimal solution.
Thanks and Regards,
Suresh

Hello
the "problem" depends on your situation. e.g. if you have started with "DMS" and then used (witched ot use of "archive") the "archive": we have a different situation in compariso ff you have always used an "archive"
Topics like "access rights" and deep DMS/Arhcive stories can hinder the display. You need an expert for DMS and "archive handling"
C.B.
PS: according to my knowledge: the "access" to the "arhcive" (content repository) is done using "RFC" connection. Here problems can come up on top.
