Report/document status difference between ESTDH and DRAW table

Hi Experts,

I came across few MSDS reports where the report status in ESTDH table and Document status in DRAW table are Released (W7) and Ready (W6) respectively.

What is the link between these tables and scenarios which can cause this mismatch?

strange effect. Do you use KPRO or other solutions to store the docuemnts outside of SAP (that means not as part of DMS)
