1. Is there a way to save searches in SAP?

and/or

2. Is there a way to look up a long list of jobs that should be running without showing all jobs in the system?

Example: Say I have 500 jobs in the system. I want to monitor 200 of the 500 jobs. The 200 jobs all start at random/different times and have different programmers who created them. I would like to not type in the 200 jobs, individually, by hand, daily to monitor them.

3. Could e-mailing the active, finished, canceled selection be done to speed this process up if they were sent to a group e-mail account via SAP?

4. Is SAP in the cloud better at this task?
