Repetition of the Tab with Same Information

Dear Experts,

I am facing an issue after logging to the system, I see the similar filed with same name and with same kind of information reflecting under Net Waver 3.5.  However when I logged in system  through using Transaction code, I don't see any repetition.

How to solve this, ideally there should be only one tab to capture the data, the second one is not required with same name.

This issue will occur due to assigning similar kind of PFCG roles to the user. can you share the screenshot , hence we can suggest you for further action.

I guess this may be due to assigning of both roles(Incident reporter & Incident Manger)  to one person.

And Log on in to portal and click on Incidents .....Service Map ....
