Removing main screens (GAF) in report incident screen

Hi Experts,

I have only basic knowledge of FPM.

We have a requirement to remove the main screens in road map incident reporting screen.

Totally there are 7 UIBB's , among them we need to retain only 2 screens that is 1st and last.And also we need to hide some input fields in 1st screen.

Could you please tell me know the possible ways to do it and the best among them.

Hi Santoshi

When you need only two UIBBs and I believe those are Incident details and confirmation page you can as well create a Single form without any GAF requirement. GAF is for E2E incident creation when there are many other things are involved for example injury/ assets / materials etc.
