Regulation selective DG-Filling - any ideas?

Dear SAP Community,

I am searching for any possibility in SAP standard, without any developments, to selectively fill/update DG Master records for only one regulation (e.g. KR_DG) without affecting the DG Master records of all other regulations?

Problem is, that the company is unaware of any changes on DG_CL_SUB/REAL_SUB Level since the last complete filling, why updated DG Master Data for other regulations like ADR, could lead to discrepancies regarding acutally used and confirmed DG-Papers/Labels and so on.

Is there any customizing adjustment or other way to fulfill this requirement?

I am aware of most standard processes regarding DG-Filling, but this issue seems out of standard to me, even though a simple additonal regulation selection feature in DGE5 could probably fix this.
