Regarding SAP HR Intreagtion with SAP EHSM

Guys,

Anybody have any idea regarding  how SAP EHSM is related with SAP HR.

Shall be grateful if get the answer with respect to SAP HR Info type integration with SAP EHSM Else what info types of SAP HR is related with SAP EHSM?

Hello Surajit,

EHS Management component extension uses the HR integration mainly for incident management and risk assessment (including chemical safety management, e.g. personal exposure profile).

The infotypes and the authorization requirements are described in detail in the IMG activity "SAP EHS Management -> Foundation for EHS Management -> Integration -> Human Resources Integration ->  Check Authorizations for Person Information"

The infotypes utilized are:

• 0000 Actions
• 0001 Organizational assignment
• 0002 Personal data
• 0006 Addresses
• 0007 Planned working time
• 0013 Social insurance D
• 0105 Communication
• 2001 Absences
• 2002 Order notification (attendances)
• 2003 Substitutions: individual working time
• 2005 Overtime

There is also a functionality with a workflow for requesting the HR department to maintain an absence of an employee.

Risk Assessment as part of the component extension does not use all of the above infotypes, since e.g. absences & planned working time are not needed there.
