There is requirement create and close incident in SAP EHSM. 3rd party legacy non sap system will send data in excel format. based on those details need to first create the incident and then close the incident. could you please suggest is there any BAPI in HANA for creation/close of the incident . could you please provide detail documentation of BAPI BAPI_EHSM_INC_IMPORT. what input filelds we need to pass to this BAPI as its accept all decoded information. in what frequency we can use this BAPI . please let me know what is the alternative FM/Class for this requirement.
