Recipe Name not displayed while Linking recipe to item in PPM

Hi PPM Experts,

While trying to link recipe to PPM item I am facing a issue where when I click on Find button and search recipes it does not show the name of the recipe. However, once the recipe is linked it displays the recipe name.

could you please help me with this.

below it shows the recipe name.
