Read or Write Error on File Checkin

Hello,

We are encountering an error while uploading documents in PPM.

"Read or write error"

I have maintained the Security List with the extension, and upload directory. I also generated, and downloaded the certificate.

Hello Erik,

Can you check in transaction SICF that Service CONTENTSERVER is active. Please also check

an external alias is maintained for the /sap/bc/contentserver as per SAP Note 685521.

Thank you for your reply. Yes my /sap/bc/contentserver is active in SICF, and I created the external alias for it outlined in SAP note 685521, but I still received the same error.

Hi Everyone,

The Read or Write Error has been resolved. I needed to supply logon credentials for the /sap/bc/contentserver in SICF

However, now I'm facing the following error:

Error in Kpro server

No content server is used. Standard document repository in the database is used.
