Hello

please use only english if you would like to ask a question. Only by using english you will get help (in most of the cases).

Even considerig the fact that i can understand the french sentence... it is not clear for me: what are you looking for; please make it more transparent

Hi Ali,

it's a little tricky to answer your question as the term "Legal Regulation" (réglementation légale) is used in many places in the HSSE context. I suppose that your question is referring to the Workplace Safety part of EHS (Incident Management, Health and Safety Management, and Environment Management), as your other questions did, too. Therefore, my answer only covers these areas.

The Legal Regulations can be handled assigned to the following objects:

  • Risk Assessment: Several regulations can be added as the basis/reference for the assessment. As an example, in Germany we typically refer to the TRGS regulations when we are assessing the use of Hazardous Substances.
  • Chemical Data Management: Several regulations can be valid which cover the Occupational Exposure Limits (OEL) of that said substance. The same is possible for other types of Agents (Physical, e. g. Noise, Radiation, or Airborne, e. g. Dust).
  • Incident Management. Legal regulations can apply to the reporting duty of an Incident. This determines which fields may be visible or what reports/forms need to be sent to the government.
  • Environment Management: Regulations are used for a wide range, e. g. creating a Permit with Tasks in the system, or storing the legal boundaries of emission reporting.

With kind regards,

Michael
