Request clarification before answering.
Hi Ravi,
what is the practice you are folowing to maintain the value in o"Value assignment after check".
I think it has to update the value automatically after doing the "Exposure profile match up".
do you want to maintain the same manually, if yes...i don't think it is possible.
check the SAP Note - which is released, in case not reset for follow - on assessment.
Note - 1130409.

Hi Kamal,
"Value Assignment After Check", value is not updated even after doing "Exposure Profile Matchup". could you please detail me standard practice to handle follow-on risk assessment.
My problem is when I try to create follow-on risk assessment, my previous data like safety measures, main rating etc., assigned to the agent are becoming blank. it means I am redoing risk assessment for the same agent, where I need to update the existing risk assessment.
Hi Ravi,
we are not considering the "Value assignment after check".
"Rating after check" field is the important one to consider after completing the Risk Assessment.
That is true that, If you create the follow-on Risk assessment the safety measures data and ratings data will be blank. At a time one risk assessment possible for agent and work area combination.
If you need to have those safety measures and ratings data of previous risk assessment, you must go for custom report, where you can view the old data.
CCIHT_ERH table stores the risk assessment header details. Here every line entry will be stored, even though it get blank at front end (CBIH12).

Hi Ravi,
Yes, you have BADi available.
BADI_EHSI_ER_FOLLOWON_RASS
But you should have known from business, how frequent follow-on risk assessment will be used.
If the frequency is high, then you can go for that.
and if it is being used rarely, you can look for some other alternative.
for ex - As a work around - You can configure Reason for risk assessment as "Follow-on risk assessment"
you need some good reporting part to differentiate with the results of first time assessment and follow-on assessment. Implementing the BADi is not sufficient, you have to think about custom reporting to cover the desired reporting part.
Business more interested towards the results of the risk assessment. not the way of analysis.
I can say, Analysis part also not sufficient to complete the risk assessment with the standard SAP.
Human factor considerations etc., taking as approximate values and completing the process.
every organization have their own ways of calculating the risk, so we can't generalize with the standard sap solution. If you want to develope a complete solution, lot of open scope.....
