As We Have Standard Resource Type Like Material, Activity Type, HR, MRS etc..how to get Service Resource Type in workbook for Financial Planning ?

Do I need to create Z Implementation class for service or any other way ?

There's quite a bit of enhancement work to do to add a new Resource Type. Look at the settings for the Material resource type to get a starting point.
