hi,
how can make the attribute of "person responsible" come up on the item dashboard so i can see how many items have been assigned to a particular user as "person responsible".
It would be nice to know how do i configure to get the item attribute i wish to see on the dashboard against each tiem.
Pls suggest.

Unfortunately you can't via standard. We created a custom field to capture the person responsible at item level and used development to sync authorizations.
