Hi all,
In the Work Overview worklist, in EHSM, there is the possibility to state that you are "Not responsible" for a work item that you have received:
SAP Library - Component Extension for SAP Environment, Health, and Safety Mana
In my case, this button is disabled... are you aware of any additional configuration that is required to enable it?
Is this connected to the iview? or the workflows??
Thanks in advance!

Hi Herene
1) Click on settings dailogue button [Refer below screen shot for Highlighted one in yellow colour" ]
2) you will get below screen and Enter the user Name in Description Field and click on OK.
3) Now Go back to Main Menu and Select the View of Created User and click on Any Incident with status "New" and went in to details of incident and then go back to Main Menu again and check for that option "Not responsible" . it will be in activated status .

Thanks Balajee! Now I´m able to see the option... However, when i click on it, nothing happens... If I open a workitem, the workflow assigns me as processor. If I try the "Not responsible", there are no changes (in the incident or in SWIA)...
Cancel assignment works, however. It un-asssigns the processor and turns the status back to new.
But the "Not responsible"...? What is the purpose??
Thanks!
