questionaaire in eh&s

Hi All

have you all noticed on questionaaire one thing for yes and no answer type,

after completing the questionaire

you have option to select only 'yes' answers

but thier is no option to select no answers.

even you select yes answers and list.

you see all the answers in that category

are there any settings in this category in config to make things better

i found the answer in help

Does any one know how to change the box option to circle or any other shape.

when you click on complete questionaire, you see a square box for all optioin yes/no

if can changes this to a different share will be more helpful
