Question about FMS Allocation logic

Greetings - do any opportunities exist to book consulting sessions with SAP/FMS experts? Based on some current business pressures/challenges within my company, I am interested in learning more about how product/order allocation rules work and whether or not those rules can be modified/manipulated on the back-end.
