Quality Plan - Grayed Out

Hi

In Quality plan when I tried to add one more Operation obsevred that one line is grayed out and only second line is editable would like to know the details on this.

Hello Vignesh,

There can be 2 possibilities:

1. Authorization related - check your authorization

2. Development related - there may be development restricting update of operation in QPlan.
