Quality inspection result recording failing in SAP Digital Manufacturing.

Hi experts,

I am sending an in-process quality inspection along with the Production Order from ERP to DM. I'm getting the following error in the "Inspection Results Recording" integration message-

I am unable to debug what additional "user fields" are required due to which this integration message is failing. Can you please point out the missing configuration that is leading to this issue? Any recommendation will be valuable.

Thanks & Regards,
Harsh.

Are you running the Production Order in Order POD?
"Inspection points are only supported in Order POD", see: Using Inspection Points.

Hi @ManoelCosta. No I'm running Prod Orders in WC PODs itself only. I'm able to use the plugin and the feature in WC POD as well with limited functionality. It works for other materials which has same configs as of the MAT which gives the error mentioned in this post. Here it's asking for "additional user fields" which it doesn't ask in the other MATs inspection result recording - which is also being processed in WC POD using same plugin.

You can only create Inspection Points in Order POD, not in Work Center POD, as stated in the help entry I previously shared. So, as far as I understand, if you have Inspection Points configured properly for your scenario and run it in Work Center POD without creating Inspection Points, Inspection Results Recording should always fail with "You must fill in the user fields(s)" error, as a Inspection Point would be missing.

Yes. I'm using inspection points. I have configured 2 inspection points on 2 separate materials. Both configurations are similar to each other but for one it's not asking for any additional "missing user fields".

Can you confirm that inspection point identifiers are exactly the same in ERP and DMC system?

Yes. I cross checked once again. All identifiers are same in DM and ERP

Yes @memem I also came across this issue that you listed in the post but I have already resolved that issue. The issue mentioned in my current question is a separate one.
