QM - Copy result disabled (grey)

Good morning,

I setted in customizing the copy result in order to execute the function with QE51N transaction (manual copy).

SPRO -->

It's the same configuration that I have activated for another customer, and it works there.

But when I go to QE51N transaction the path is grey.

Why?

I checked:

- SFW5 and EA-PLM is active

- all QEC* Badi are active

QEC_MAPPING_100
QEC_MAPPING_200
QEC_MAPPING_300
QEC_RESULT_COPY
QEC_SELECTION_100
QEC_SELECTION_110
QEC_SELECTION_120
QEC_SELECTION_130
QEC_SELECTION_200
QEC_SELECTION_300

- I also set in inspection plan the characteristic as follows

Who can help me?

What other check / setting can I do?
