QF01 - Defect Entry Screen layout changes

Hi All,

I need some fields in in item level to be shown along with existing columns of QF01=> Defect Entry screen to be shown upfront as depicted in below image.

Hi vigneshveerasamy,

It makes no sense to add additional field while capturing the Defect. As a detailed investigation is carried out in the Quality notification please add your required field in the Item tab of the Quality notification.

The addition of the required field in Quality notification will be through enhancement. Please google a bit for the blogs on Addition of field in Quality notification .

Thanks for input.Do agree your point.

Issue is that user due to shortage of Man power expecting the addition columns while entering the defects itself instead of Opening the notification which on his view point additional activity along with defect entry activity.

So thought could get some lime lights on this.
