Publish/push data From Transaction (Server Side) To IRPT Page(Client) in SAP MII

Dear Experts,

Given: SAP MII 15.1

Question:

If we want to update the Webpage(dashboard) data in near real time for instance: every 30 sec. Then either we can pull the data by firing request from client(irpt page via ajax) every 30 sec approx or we should be able to push/publish the data to client from server (like in websocket or messaging pub-sub mechanism).

Can we achieve push mechanism in SAP MII where data is pushed to Front end web page periodically or on event ?
