PS and CPM Integration with Easy Cost Planning

Hi,

For One of the scenario, I have to Take Cost from Hard Dollar to PS with Schedule Integration with P6 via Easy cost planning ( For Period wise distribution for Resource Like : Material, Service, Labour, Equipment etc... ) and will push the same to CPM ( Output based workbook ).

Simplification list says that ECP is not the target architecture . Any suggestion/ any other way around for same ?

I do not really get this terminology like not a target architecture, does it mean it will be removed or simply not developed further by SAP?

It makes little sense to remove it, as it is already there out of the box, unless SAP will redesign all the tables and will gradually introduce something new in exchange. But that is a long timeline, while the business needs a solution right now.

In your case you probably should go for a custom development trying to keep cost/benefit ratio acceptable 🙂
