Hi Experts
I have created PS project and assigned (Object Link) to PPM item. And done all necessary configuration for the portfolio management. Portfolio Management----> Base System Interfaces -----> Application Object Settings ----> Define Object Link Types. and also maintain the Financial Planning Settings ---> Define Financial Planning Settings.
And also Executed RPM_FICO_DATA_TRANSFER (no error or warning). And Checked Table RPM_FIDATA. Data exists for Value type 04 and cost element for the associated Item.
Still I am unable to see the project actual cost in PPM items. Please help me on this

Hi,
to update table /RPM/FIN_PLAN based on transfer table RPM_FIDATA you have to start report /RPM/FICO_INT_PLANNING with execution option "planning".
Table /RPM/FIN_PLAN is filled based on the customizing which is maintained in "Portfolio Management > Base System Interfaces > Financial Planning Settings > Define Financial Planning Settings".
(Subnode: "Map Financial View to Cost Elements")

Hello Raj,
Seems this is an RFC connection issue.
Please check the below steps :
1. Check the transfer from table RPM_FIDATA to table /RPM/ FIN_PLAN.
2. If data is not transferred means cost element not determined by the system, go to F4 and check in Financial planning settings.
In that case you need to update the RFC connection.
Please try out this and let me know the result.
Thanks
Amit

Hi Amit
I can see the data in the table RPM_FIDATA but in the table /RPM/FIN_PLAN I can't see any data updated.
In the financial planning setting cost elements are all fine. How to update this table /RPM/FIN_PLAN can you suggest.
I used this program RPM_FICO_DATA_TRANSFER without any errors still not updated.
