PRT availability check in Production order.

Hi Experts,

During PRT availability check in production order, I want system to give error message at production order release if same PRT is already being used by any other production order.

I have created PRT as equipment with category ‘P-production resources/tool’’ and assigned to routing operation.

Also made necessary settings for availability check of PRT during order creation & release.

I have created & released a production order and reserved work center capacity & PRT assigned, here I can see the PRT in operation overview of production order.

Now if I am creating a new order in the same date/time system is showing no availability of work center but showing all PRT is available.

I requirement is system should give the error message that PRT is not available, as PRT is engaged in first production order and can’t be used in other production orders.

Please suggest if I am missing anything, or if there is any other solution approach to achieve this requirement.

OPJK settings;-

Unchecked PRT availability , checking rule ,02-Status check and inventory audit and PRT release-1-user decide to release order if PRT not available.
