Hi Gurus,
I'm a SAP Manufacturing Business Analyst trying to expand my horizons. In that effort I'm planning to learn xMII.
I'm a Engineering graduate with minimal knowledge in basic Java, HTML and basic queries. Can understand and debug ABAP code to an extend.
I would like to understand if learning xMII would benefit a core SAP-PP guy. Will this be too technical or would I be deviating from my core domain?
My goal is to expand my horizon, I just don't want to end up in a completely un-related zone. Please help me.
Request clarification before answering.
Hi Praneeth,
SAP MII is Techno Functional. Whatever the knowledge you mentioned above is bit enough for start-up.
SAP MII most of the time it interact with different Modules and it works as mediator in between Shop floor and ECC.
My opinion, as you are from Core PP module, it will be bit deviation from your module. But for Knowledge gaining and expanding your horizon into Top to bottom of Manufacturing, it will 100% good.
