Project settlement in CRM

Hi Team,

we need to settle the Project cost in CRM for service and campaign order.

Do we need to go with C Projects for the above mentioned requirement.

Dear AP,

when you would like to use a project with wbs-element as costing collector you should use Projectsystem. Then you can post actual costs on the project.

Hi Experts,

Sorry for the confusion.

My actual requirement is : When iam creating the campaigning or service order in CRM,i need to get the WBS number in the drop down menu in the CRM screen.

Can we get this requirement fulfilled by adding C Projects.so that i can get the WBS number in the drop down menu in the CRM screen.

And kindly let me know the benefits of C Projects.
