A user from a Department does not have Access to the view on a Project that was created by a user from another Department. Both have full Rights for the view "Projects" in Project Management.
What can I adjust in order to allow the first Guy seeing and editing that particular Project or all Projects of the other Department?
There is an authorization tab on the PPM objects (project, item bucket, initiative, review, etc.) to control each object. Default authorization can be accomplished with configuration as well.
