Hello All,
As per Latest Simplification list; SAP PS Claim Management will not be the target architecture , so SAP suggested to use the Project Issue and Change Management Functionality in S4HANA for PS.
But, If CPM is not in scope, how to use Stand Alone Project Issue and Change Management ( PICM ) function ??? Any workaround ??
As per my knowledge, we cant install PICM alone ( Atlist Project Workspace needs to map )
Experts advice require on that.
Thanks,

Without CPM or any other non standard tool. Using standard SAP PS, I did apply Project Version to map change order and it works.
In addition, CN41N report is one of powerful report that you can use to create and compare every Change Oder / Project Versions.

Totally agree with you, even I found this is the last solution. But what if , customer don't want to create Master Project ( Customer don't want to use another process - I know Change Management Necessary ).
Let see SAP will give some solution in future.
Thanks.

You will need to implement CPM for PICM only. You will also need PWS (Project Workspace) but only to create the Master Project and assign the PS objects. PICM Issues and Change Requests work so much better than Notifications and Claims, it will be worth it.
