Project Change Request Feature/APP/Functionality (Portfolio & Project Management)

Dear All,

I was wondering if there are any standard functionalities/fiori apps that can support on the Project Change Request Task.
The question here revolves around having a tool that can handle change requests on a project (PPM Item and/or Initiative) in regards to /re-planning/new estimations on the approved scope and inherent budget (financial cost and hours), timeline (milestones & decision points). - This would imply the creation of the request, approval flow (authorizations), data update, (documentation storage?), but also some reporting layers e,g. pending changes, approved changes, rejected changes, number of changes per item, etc. 

I think I've seen some posts at some point about a similar topic - but in SAP Commercial PM. Hence I was wondering if this functionality is readily/standard available for the Portfolio & Project Management module, or if there is a possibility for it to be created.

You are correct, the CPM PICM does everything you ask.  A PPM project can be assigned to a CPM Master Project where you can use the robust PICM (Project Issue and Change Management) capabilities.  There is nothing in standard PPM that does the same thing.
