Project brief and Enterprise projects app extension

[SAPSupport]

2 status fields need to be added in Approval status in Milestones section.

The new fields should be:

In progress
Scheduled

And in Enterprise projects app, the project type as Upgrade.

I checked the extensibility options in these apps available. But, it seems I cannnot extend the SAP delivered drop down fields. Can you pls confirm?
