Programmatically connecting to Pco Websocket Server from Mii as a WebSocket client

How is it possible to connect to the Pco websocket from a webpage in mii ?

You can use SAP MII's Self Service Composition Environment (SSCE) as a user interface.

So how does it do it ? I have Kepware and Pco connect and the agent is running fine .

I can query tags and update them using he PCoQuery object, but would like to programatically subscribe to certain tags and listen for specific changes .

Is there a way i can connect to the websocket using sapui5 ?

I have tried connecting from Mii using ws://user:password@server:8081/Dest1

but i just get error 403 forbidden.

Any ideas ?

Solved it , problem was that port 8081 was in use once this was changed to a different port 9005 it worked
