Production part approval process (PPAP)

Hello Experts,

This query I found in multiple threads, but I could not found the link which will give me a concrete solution to map the scenario into SAP.

So please do not consider the repetitive discussion is in place.

I need an entire overview of process such as,

1. How many different stream users are involved into the process and what are they?

2. The Process flow diagram if any.

3. How the requirement is received, procurement is fulfilled and the trials are carried out and how the approvals are made in SAP?

4. what are gaps into the process that I needs to be fulfilled with customization in general?

5. Is SAP PS relevant for this scenario.
