Production order - Transfer requirement is showing zero

Hi,

We are facing issue with production order, transfer requirement quantity is becoming zero for a component, where as in production order the component quantity is present as 4.

When material call off it is becoming zero. Please explain.

Production order resceduling will change the transfer requirement to zero?

If, yes I am getting another item with correct quantity in transfer requirement.

We manually do the material call off. Please find the details.

Please find the details. In production order, the first item with zero in TR, present 2 times. One from BOM and another one Manually added.

For second item, the TR quantity is coming exactly as in production order.

I am facing issue only for some material in transfer requirement.
I have 2 items, for 1 time the quantity is as per the production order and for another item the quantity is zero.

Is this related with the changes done to the production order after release. Please explain how to track the changes.

Hello Suresh..

If possible share your BOM details as well as Production order details and also explain the step how you create the Production order.

As per your comment it is look like during the production order creation system not explode the BOM and quantity not consider.

Please check and share the details with screen shot for better understanding
