Production order LOIPRO04 download fail in MEINT with invalid value for PLANNED_ROUTER_BO

We are downloading production order from S4HANA to SAP ME through MEINT and found some of the IDOCs fails in MEINT with below error.

It seems as if the system does not like # version and instead expects a specific version of the routing. You might have some custom logic in XSLT with this regard.
