Production Connector/Plant Connectivity web server is not connected

Dear all

I've set up a connection between DMC through SAP PCo to an OPC UA server.

In the tile 'Configure Production Connectivity' everything shows that it's online. In the PCo the agent is up and running.

Now I'm trying to create a subscription where I want to call a production process by changing a field in the OPC UA server.

When I try to create the subscription, I get the following error:

The Production Connector / Plant Connectivity web server is not connected to the DMC cloud web server.

Does anyone know where I should look?

Thanks in advance

Pieter

Hello Pieter,

Double check and make sure that DMC_Cloud web server is connected to your PCo web server, see https://help.sap.com/docs/sap-digital-manufacturing/production-connectivity-model/setting-up-connect... for more details.

Manoel

Hi Pieter,

this could be caused by the Cloud Certificate not being present on SAP PCo.

  • Go to Configure Production Connectivity -> Production Connectors / Plant Connectivity
  • Select your PCo
  • Production Connector to Cloud Certificate (X.509 OAuth)
  • Regenerate Certificate
  • If this failed use SAP NOTE 3194709

Thanks, I saw that there was no X.509 OAuth certificate. Maybe this was also part of the problem.
