Hi Experts,
at the moment we are facing a problem where we cannot make any progress with the given logs and error messages.
Any hint as to whether it is a certificate problem, a Cloud Connector problem or whether there are additional ways of isolating the error will help us.
Process setup
OPC-UA as a shopfloor system sends an indicator to the DM.
In the DM there is an Automatic Trigger Subscription with an assigned PPD, which waits for changes to the indicator.
When the indicator is changed in the OPC server, the subscription is already called and stored as a message in the correct agent instance of the Production Connector.
However, the agent instance then has a problem when calling the PPD towards the DM.
Our current state of knowledge
Certificate from the Production Connector in the DM compared to the automatically generated client proxy to the PPD
User Settings in Production Connector Config
Message in the agent instance from the subscription that cannot be sent to the PPD destination.
