product Name not showing in print

<02GCG_BRAND2[D:Product Name]> is not showing the brand name in print out . It is though showing in the preview .

I have put brand name in label view of material master though .

what is printed instead? The report symbol (<02GCB_BRAnD2..) on the paper?

Does any GLM WWI server have the same set up? Do you have the issue in "dev", "qual" or "prod" system? What happens in different example (different Material, REAL_SUB)? Does it work ?

Nothing is getting printed . The preview is showing the product name what is being maintained in label view of material master .

I tried with other label templates and it is not coming . Even I put Matnam to  output material description but it is also not working in print .

I am not aware of any issues in this context. And I am surprised to read that you don't geta  text as "<02GCB_BRAnD2" on  the print out (can you please show preview and print out result as picture?) ; if there is nothing on the paper; then any "parameter" symbol was "exchanged" successfully by some data. BUt which data?

One option might be to "activate" on GLM WWI server the "WWI logging" option. It is important to understand first: is the data retrieved from SAP and passed on to WWI server? Then you need to check the content of the several files which are generated in the WWI process; do you use GLM+???  May be could help you (and only as reference: )

In >99% of the cases the preview and print result must be the same.
