Process Lot Start/Complete different routings

Hi experts,

we want to use standard Process Lot functionality in SAP ME to start and finish more different orders with different Routings in SAP ME. In SAP ME we are able to create Process Lot and inside of Process Lot to add mixed Routing, Operations etc..

In case we want see Process Lot on POD and to start and Complete Process Lot with more then 1 different routing the system is not allowing it and we get follow error:

Any option in SAP ME to handle such cases with two and more different Routing inside Process Lot?

Hi Darko,

Which POD are you using when you get the Operation List error? Are all of the Operations for the different Operations in the routers a member of the same Work Center?

Hi Darko,

Uniting different SFCs into the same Process Lot implies that all of them are expected to follow the same processing path, meaning the same routing. In theory, you might have identical routings with different names, but I doubt such case was considered and expected by the design (why to multiply identical entities?). That's why you see this error. Maybe you can move all such SFCs to a single routing (once all steps are same) by means of Change Production. Or you could try to use Operation POD, which does not need Operation List plugin.

If routings have different operations, then such case is not meant for Process Lots at all.
