Problems with Workbench - Heap Size

Hi together,

I have a problem in using the workbench of xMII 12.x. If I worked for a longer time and have used several files within the workbench, sometimes I can not save or work normal anymore. The error message of the workbench is, that the heap size has been reached. What can I do to solve this? Perhaps increase the heap size? If yes, how to do it?

I have the latest patchlevel of xMII 12 installed at mine.

The change in workbench.jsp seems to have solved the issue.

Hi,

Recently, we are using xMII 12.0 (12.0.3) . We are facing different problems (perhaps because we are using french language on our desktops) but one of them concerns the heapsize. How can we change this value? We don't find this parameter, we don't find how to modify the Workbench.jsp. Where can we find this parameter? Thank you for your help.

Hi, I haven't xMII 12 here, but I remember that I changed the workbench memory allocation in workbench.jsp or menu.jsp.

Looking for this configuration in CM of your server. When I changed this value the problems was solved.

Doubt: What patch is installed in your server?
