Hello experts,
after the brownfield Conversion from Component extension EHSM to S4, we have the following problems
- not all locations are shown, only 2 of the 10 locations which were maintaned in ECC EHSM
- responsible persons cannot be assigned to locations (as chemical approver etc.) although business partner are created.
Support form your side to investigate missing configuration is much appreciated.

I'm going to assume you mean the Location records exist and are visible in the S/4 master data but are not available for use in EHS transactions.
Let's start with the basics:
1. Check the Revision Dates of your Locations
2. Check the Status of you Locations (to ensure they are not filtered out during the location search in transactions)
3. Check that you have correctly configured the "Specify Roles of Person Responsible"
4. Check that you have correctly configured the "Specify Roles for Health and Safety Management"
5. Check that you have correctly configured the "Specify Role Responsible for Initial Chemical Identification"
6. Have you confirmed that the S/4 PFCG roles have the correct Authorization Groups (like EHFND_CCI) and the authorization activites for Roles and Location use are correct?
7. If using Location Authorization Group Configuration, are the configured Authorization Groups accounted for correctly in your S/4 PFCG Roles?
After checking these, let me know if it is still not working as expected.
