Problem with portfolio items and initiatives in SAP PPM

Hello,

I have an issue with the customizing of SAP PPM, which effects specially the portfolio items and the initiatives.

I can create both of them in the FIORI dashboard, but it is not possible for me to display or change them once they are created. E.g. if I click on portfolio items, I see a list of the maintained items, but it is not possible for me to click one off them to come to the related master data.

Can somebody tell me what I missed in the customizing?

To avoid a possible configuration error, I would check under SPRO:

"Set Up Launchpads"

Role: RPM_RIH

Instance: DRILLDOWN

INM_UI_NAV/ITEM_DETAILS config. as follows:

and the advanced parameters:

Other customizing point to check is:

"Define navigation settings".

Launchpad Role: RPM_RIH

Launchpad Instance: DRILLDOWN

Application Alias: PROJ_DESCRIPTION

Dear Ken,

in the following, please find some details about the app:

Title: Portfolio Items

Component: PPM-CF

Technical Component ID: INM_WORKCENTER_APP

Framework ID: WDA

Product Version: SAP S/4HANA FOUNDATION 2021

As you can see in the following, the portfolio items are not shaded in blue, so I cannot click on them

For comparison, in the bucket list, everything works fine.

Please let me know if you need some additional information.

Please identify the FIORI Dashboard you mention. Most PPM screens are WebDyn Pro.
