Problem with Custom long text field on portfolio item

Hi All,

I am facing a problem with custom long text field available  on portfolio item. Actually, in config of  'Global Field Settings' , I have configured a custom long text field for portfolio item. But after doing this , I am facing two problems as listed  below.

1.when I go to the portfolio item detail screen using NWBC, I am able to see the tab 'Custom longtext field' and also the long text field in it but the width of the field is not enough to write anything.Below is the screenshot. How to change the size of the longtext box.

2. When I am trying to switch to another menu or tab from 'Custom longtext field' tab, screen gets hanged.

Please help.

Just to confirm...

You defined the longtext under Global Field Settings -> Define Custom Long Text Fields

In there you specified for RIH (Item) the long text ID and text AND selected the tickbox "Long text field" to the right

Then you linked each of the Long Text ID's to the relevant Item Types

Correct?
